How to Wear Silk Scarves: Styling Tips from the KHUSTYNA Brand
A silk scarf is a manifestation of individuality—sometimes a quiet defiance of the everyday, and at other times, a bold statement of self. In the new Relevé collection, the KHUSTYNA brand drew inspiration from ballet. In collaboration with Ukrainian ballet ambassador Olga Morosenko and artist Serhiy Karpa, they created the silk scarves “Lisova Pisnya” and “Lileya,” dedicated to Ukrainian ballet performances, as well as “Sofit,” a tribute to those who created, developed, and glorified Ukrainian ballet.
We've gathered 5 original ways to wear silk scarves—for those unafraid to transform a daily look into a piece of art.
-
Combining Multiple Scarves
Don't be afraid to experiment with quantity. Silk scarves have no limits. In the summer heat, they become light accents: one on the head like a bandana, another around the neck, and a third as an elegant top. Perfect for festivals, travel, or city strolls. -
Rose Scarf as a Waist Detail
Wear a scarf as a top or twist it into a rose shape and fasten it on your waist. This gentle touch can elevate even the simplest outfit. The “Lileya” scarf, with its soft colors and delicate ballerina silhouettes, fits perfectly. -
Over the Shoulder
Let the scarf peek from the neckline, drape over your shoulder, and flow behind your back. Especially striking with open summer dresses—graceful, dynamic, and sensual. -
Layering
Try two scarves at once. Tie one as a top and the other over the shoulder. This look fits both a party and the front row of an opera house. For instance, the “Lisova Pisnya” silk scarf becomes a charming accent at the premiere of the Forest Song ballet at the National Opera of Ukraine. -
Office Core
A silk scarf integrates seamlessly into a business wardrobe. Tie it in place of a tie—under or over a shirt collar. Fasten it under a blazer lapel or use it as a belt to accentuate the waist. Understated but meaningful—especially if it's the “Sofit” scarf from the ballet collection, in classic black and blue tones that match everything.
The scarves are now available at TSUM and on KHUSTYNA.COM.
